Last updated: 21 October 2026. This notice explains how Piotar Boa processes the personal data of visitors to piotarboa.com under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process

Browsing data

The systems that host the site automatically record the technical data needed to serve pages and keep them secure: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type, and operating system. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with other sources.

AI Readiness test

The test runs entirely in your browser. Answers and score are not sent to a server and are not stored. When you finish the test, the site only increments an anonymous counter of completed tests, split by profile (individual, professional, company). We do not record answers, score, name, or contact details.

To prevent repeat submissions we keep a non-reversible technical fingerprint of your IP address for a few hours, used only as an abuse check.

Data you send us

If you send us the test summary, or contact us by WhatsApp, email, or phone, we process what you provide (profile, score, name, contact details, message) only to reply and to prepare the call. We do not sell lists, and we do not run advertising profiling from this site.

Cookies and local storage

Before you consent, only strictly necessary storage is on. Analytics and marketing stay off until you accept them. Names, providers, and retention are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal bases

• Running the site and answering your requests — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security, abuse prevention, and defense of a legal claim — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Aggregate statistics and marketing — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep data

• Server technical logs: as long as needed for security, normally no more than 30 days.
• Abuse-check fingerprint for the test counter: a few hours.
• Cookie choice (pb_consent_v1): up to 12 months.
• Contact requests: as long as needed to handle them and meet legal obligations.

Recipients and transfers

Data is processed by the controller and by technical providers acting as processors: hosting and site infrastructure, email services, WhatsApp/Meta for messages you choose to send, Google for web fonts and, only with consent, for statistics. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability at any time, and you can withdraw consent. Write to info@piotarboa.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Minors

This site is not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor's data was sent to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice when the law or the technology changes. The current version is always on this page, with the last-updated date above.
